Dave Cain has been a musician for over 20 years and currently resides in the Dallas, TX area. He began his music studies as a drummer before picking up the guitar, piano, and bass. Throughout his teenage years, heavily influenced by 90's rock, Cain wrote and recorded over two dozen songs using a variety of track recorders. His love for recording  and composition ultimately led him to his privately release his debut EP "Scarred" in 2001. After studying music composition at Jacksonville University and exposing himself to a wide variety of genres, Cain felt he was finally ready to release his debut LP "Portrait" on iTunes in 2011 followed by "Central Breakthrough" in 2014. His goal with every album is to experiment with new genres and instrumentation while still retaining his alternative rock roots. Voice of Cain currently performs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has garnered a reputation for his energetic performances, catchy hooks, and diverse experimentation within his concept albums.

the VOICE ACTOR 

During his time in college, he also minored in theatre because of his life long love with voice acting.  His studies and his powerful, diverse voice has allowed Cain to provide voice over for commercials, cartoons, and video games. To date, Dave Cain has provided voices in over half a dozen roles for FUNimation Studios as well as video game titles such as Kinect Star Wars and Jurojin: Immortal Ninja.

In his spare time, Cain is also heavily involved in the video game community. After moving to Texas in 2009, he worked as a game developer for Terminal Reality on Def Jam Rapstar and Kinect Star Wars. His experience working for Terminal Reality in multiple roles has allowed him to work on smaller independent games as a level designer and sound designer. Cain still remains heavily involved in the gaming community through youtube at VoCGaming.
